As I read few of the answered prayers, I couldn't help but to think of all the times God has done this in my life. So, first I want to thank for all those that shared thus far, please continue to do so. It helped me to remember and be reminded of how good our God is.

Time Capsule:

In May 2007, as a campus ministry we each made a time capsule. At the time our ministry included 6 of us at two campuses. Few had fallen away as well as graduated. In our time capsules, we put a picture of us, reflection of the school year, and the things we wanted to grow in when we opened it..including a letter to ourselves. Once at the park, we also wrote prayers. On that piece of paper I wrote a prayer including the names of the women that came that past semester.

As the semester ended the women disappeared and lost contact for about a year. Seeing women studying go in and out were discouraging, then God's planned unravelled. One of the women we started studying with brought her team mate, who actually came out a year ago. We started studying again with her and her roommate (who also used to come to Bible Talk a year ago) When I opened the time capsule a year later, I had completely had forgotten about my prayer. At that time, these two women were well on their way to getting baptized. And here I was reading my year old prayer with their names clearly written on it. One were baptized in June and one in July. =) In that year our ministry grew to 21. (I have to note another answered prayer, I had prayed that our ministry will be a ministry of 15 two years before this). I look back at this and look at the ministry now. God had this in mind. I learned much about perseverence and never to give up on hope to what God wants to accomplish in people's lives.  and I hope this also encourage you to keep fighting the good fight in prayer.

=)
