I've had a lot of jobs in my life:

Commercial Fisherman

Door-to-door donut salesman

Kinko's

Technical Writer

Database Administrator

Middle School Teacher

Software Trainer

Telemarketer (only three days)

Nowadays, I work on a help desk for Omaha Public Schools. I used to do only PeopleSoft stuff, but now I do everything.

My dream job would be a game designer. Not video games, but board games, card games, and the like.

I have worked at the Post Office in Dallas TX for 15 years. I spent the first 8 years typing and got Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. I still work there but on 'limited duty'. Before that I was working at ACE - a check cashing place, also have worked at Lens Crafters and On the Border (Tex Mex).

Smile Hello! :-D Wow! God's got us EVERYWHERE, huh? Innocent

Before Christ, I was a customer service representative, cashier and media sales representative for 4 yrs at Best Buy.  I worked as a cashier in Winn Dixie (grocery store in FL).  I've been an Optometric Technician (medical assistant for Optometrist), Contact Lens Coordinating asst, Administrative asst at UM health center, and a Unit Secretary at the Cleveland Clinic Hospital ER in Weston, FL and a student all the while.

Now, as a disciple (baptized Aug 2006), I'm nearly finished with a Physician Assistant Program (Dec 2008! yay!), and on my way to the working world again, but now I work for a greater boss.  I'm looking forward to volunteering for medical missions with HOPE WW and looking after ppl while bragging about my new boss Laughing (Yay God! Col 3:23-24)

Pretty many teachers)) And I was wondering (this regarding not only teachers but other professions as well): how do you use your education or your skills to serve God?

Hey would it be possible for everyone to pray for me for one week. Until next thursday (Aug 15th), I am waiting for God's answer and direction on where to go as a disciple, and as a student. I need for him to tell me whether to stay where I am or go to another place. so please pray for me.

I'm a marketing director for Bible Media in South Africa. It is the media division of the Dutch Reform Church (yes - that's right - I work for a church!) We have several divisions. We publish bible study material, produce dvds and movies, christian magazines, etc. We also do evangelism work in Africa, Bible translation and have a prison ministry.

I graduated my bachelor of science in agriculture majored in agricultural economics, finished my masters in public service then my doctor of management degree last march 2008. I work as a supervisor in a government owned and controlled financing corporation and partly i am employed in the university as a graduate school professor. Here in the Philippines we belong to the third world economy. Therefore, no matter how i work hard i still remain the same financially.Smile. My greatest encouragement is being able to serve my own people.

I am working for Boston Financial Data Services in Quincy, MA.  I am also encouraged because there is one other disciple who is working in the same building in a different department.  I have also worked in the credit counseling, state government and restaurant industries.  I am employed as an Account Specialist II in mutual funds.

Hi, I worked in graphic design/publications/advertising for 19 years, then I gave that up (tired of sitting in a cubicle all day!) and went to massage therapy school. Smile  I love this work and am currently searching for an office to start my own business. Please pray for God to show me what to do.

p.s.: I'm always interested in hearing from others in massage therapy or related jobs.
