Just a quick thought. I've seen over the last 13 years that at any given time, when struggling to repent, at the top of the world or just crawling along - praising God is always necessary. When down, it lifts my soul to the heights of God, away from the carnality of my body, when up it helps my spirit rejoice in God and even retain joy so much more, and when I'm just getting along spiritually, it helps me know that greater than achievement is recognising our God for He is, what He's done and who He loves.

God can always be celebrated. May I have the heart of Job to do so when I lose everything. The heart of David to praise when I sinned. The heart of Jesus to praise because God is my Father.
