I was very helped by such kind of group, when I was about 2 years old as a disciple. (I'm eleven, now.) I've been considering to propose something to the church leadership, but in order to do it, I'd need to actually have something, and not something unestructured, I need a plan.

The only thought I had was that before, "disciplers" told disciples to search for the group. I think that it'll work better now if it's made a call like "if you consider yourself weak".

Do you have any ideas or experiences on the matter?
