I am the mother of a 14 month old.  She is my first and probably only (long story there).  I am having discipline issues.  Surprise, surprise .  She is very strong willed and stubborn.  Sometimes I swear she is laughing at me when I discipline her.  Any suggestions?  do you use time outs?  When and how do you spank.  Any other tricks or suggestions.  Please reply, this is driving me nuts!
