I have been bombarded with questions lately by Christians and non-Christians, but this one particular question has me questioning the validity of God in their lives.

The question I have been asked the most is; "How can you love God when you are in the position you are in?"

I understand this is a natural question, because people are naturally curious, but I truly wonder if they even know the God I know. This question is absurd to me, because from my view point there is no other bigger badge of honor to live, but to have your life glorify the glory of God in everything you do. (John 9:1-3). . .Oh yeah. . .Cool

Sure, I could live my life as a recluse, but what would be the point of that. The power of Christ (2 Corinthians 12:9-10) is not going to be fulfilled if one is sitting back waiting. It is my life's philosophy to be active, alert, and eager to have the availability of every opportunity God puts in my path.

You know, one may look at my life and think; what a horrible way to live, but with scriptures like: 1 Corinthians 1:27, 9:22, 2 Corinthians 11:30, 12:9, and Revelations 3:8. . .How can you not know God is with me. . .Just look at my life!

I think of the Scripture where it says "Who sinned this man or his parents?" and then Jesus told them that neither, but that this happened so that God would be glorified.

Chris you are awesome. Wheelchair or no. Disabilities or no. Limitations or no. God has used you to bring Chris in the Kingdom. People who asked you this question don't understand that we're all in the same boat. Some people are rich, some are poor, some can walk, some can't, some can see, some can't, some are white, some are black, some are brown, we all need forgiveness, we all need Jesus.

Brother, I love you and am looking forward to getting to know you better.

love,

YBIC Byron
