What are you doing this Jan for the Day on Hope? I'm looking for ideas to organize around 600 people to be active and to actually make a difference. There are no bad ideas.

Well, thanks for collecting ideas in advance-- you will organize awesome activities I bet to encourage and serve!

At this moment I read your post, I have roughly an idea -- can we collecting from a group of needs / poor of their hope or wishes (in secret), I mean maybe their school teach hold a class one day asked them to write down their hopes in this year, or one thing they want to see at the end of 2009 or else, and the teacher pass those information to us, then we prepare according to the needs; -- the point is lets bring with them "hope", the idea to their heart, not means must to fulfill a dream, but make them believe and convinced -- everyone should always have "HOPE" inside heart, protect it and never let it go...

I will continue thinking about a better one...
