This year they are incorporating the Senior Camp (in coming high school

Housing
- All housing arrangements must be done on your own.

- ICMC administration will not make roommate arrangements. You are responsible for finding your own roommates and making financial arrangements with roommates to cover the cost of the room.
Can't find a roommate:
- Speak with your ministry leader and nearby churches to see if they can help
- Still can't find one: send an e-mail to:
icmcroommate@gmail.com please include:
- Name
- Gender
- Age
- Number of roommates needed
- Contact info
- ICMC admin will try and connect people who need assistance but cannot guarantee or make roommate arrangements
Transportation
To and from conference
- Shuttles from the Orange County Airport are free and provided by the hotel- please contact them directly to arrange for timing (949) 975-1234.
- For those who drive into Irvine - there is an overnight parking fee of $11/night and a daily rate of $7 per day at the Irvine Hyatt.
During conference:
- We will be having discount tickets to Disneyland (approx. 20 minute away). There will be transportation provided.
- There are places to eat within walking distance, and there is a free shuttle service from the hotel to many local restaurants.
